If you are participating in a Learning and Beyond International or Outdoor offering you will need to complete the MECI (Medical Information, Emergency Contact Information, Confirmation of Heath Insurance, and Image Consent) form. Please note: Confirmation of Health Insurance is to provide guidelines for minimum standards of insurance. Each participant is responsible for his or her own health care.
If you are an instructor you will need to complete a number of Risk Management forms. Please contact the Learning and Beyond office for any support.
